Hi, I’m Somtochukwu Asomugha.
I organize business operations and use AI and automation to reduce repetitive work. I bring 8 years of experience across operations, executive support, CRM and marketing.
I started in administration and procurement, then managed the admin and client side of a crane inspection and repair company, from scheduling technician visits to invoicing and payment records.
In healthcare, I grew a facility from three to as many as twenty HMO (health insurance) partners by sending registration proposals. Insurers only cover patients at facilities registered with them, so each new partner opened the door to more patients. I also built a claim tracker that replaced manual tracking, and managed its social media, blogs and Google ads.
Currently, I support a chiropractic clinic’s operations and documentation, with AI-assisted workflows that reduce clinic documentation from 5 hours to 10 minutes.
